Most VSOs and community partners offer verified services, to veterans and their family members, by partnering with the Department of Veterans Affairs. We use a multi-step verification process and an in-depth approach to verifying services offered by community partners. Our team utilizes a specialized verification process that includes verifying assistance claims made by VSOs, published processing times and ensuring that the VA’s mission to remove “sharking” behavior is mitigated or eliminated.
